Licence and royalties for re-edition

On access to the site, Côté Maison gives a licence to the user who accepts it under the present conditions. This licence permits the user to profit from the licence for purely personal use, non-collective and non-exclusive, with regards to the contents of the site. This includes the right of re-edition to stock for presentation uses on screen and re-edition, as one sole copy, to save or to print out on paper. All publications on sites, all rediffusions, in whatever form, even partial, are therefore prohibited. The usage is personal, reserved exclusively and non-collectively to the person receiving the licence. It is in no way transferrable to a third party. All other uses require prior authorisation. Any violation of these rules means that the person concerned and any other individuals will be liable to criminal charges as per the law.
