The Provence-Alpes Côte d'Azur region's EPV association has been in existence since 2021. Its vocation is to federate, represent and promote the region's "Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant " (Living Heritage Companies). Awarded by the French government, the EPV label distinguishes French companies whose craftsmanship and industrial know-how are deemed to be of excellence. There are some 80 in the South of France.
